I had high hopes for this hotel, thinking it would be a perfect end to our family trip around Colombia, but sadly, it didn't live up to expectations. While the outside of the cabins is charming and the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, the inside fell flat, and cleanliness was a concern. The service was inconsistent and left us wanting more options for dining. All in all, it was the most expensive stay with the least value for money.
